Executive Health

The What and Why

Clinical Information
Our clinic offers comprehensive Executive Health Exams designed for individuals seeking an in-depth evaluation of their overall health. These exams go beyond a standard annual physical by incorporating advanced screening tests, detailed laboratory analysis, cardiovascular assessments, and preventive health strategies. The goal is to identify health risks early, optimize long-term wellness, and support high-performance lifestyles.

What This Means for You
Executive Health Exams provide peace of mind through a thorough, one-on-one assessment with your provider. You’ll receive a clear understanding of your current health, practical guidance to reduce risks, and a personalized plan to help you stay at your best.  Keep in mind, this is a full day activity.

Insurance Coverage
Executive Health Exams are typically not covered in full by insurance. While certain components (such as routine labs or diagnostic tests) may be billable to your insurance, the comprehensive nature of the exam is generally an out-of-pocket service.

How should I prepare for my Executive Health Exam?

Fasting: We recommend no food or drink after midnight.  Water is not restricted and we recommend you stay hydrated always.  If you take medications, take them after the labwork & vitals.

Clothing: Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.  A short sleeve shirt and shorts are preferred (weather permitting) to make it easier for the exam.  Tennis/running shoes will be needed for the exercise portion if chosen.

Snacks: We will have light refreshments after the prep portion of the exam at the clinic to accommodate for the time this exam will take.

Prior to the appointment: Avoid heavy alcohol intake and heavy oil containing meals the week prior to the exam for more optimal cholesterol evaluation.  If you feel out of shape, we recommend you start preparing 2 weeks prior to the exam with cardiovascular exercise.  This will build endurance so you can get a better in depth analysis during the exercise testing portion.
