Medication and Pain Management Policy

Our clinic is committed to providing safe, effective, and evidence-based care. We do not provide long-term management of chronic pain and do not routinely prescribe narcotic medications or other controlled substances. In addition, we do not prescribe controlled substances for the long-term treatment of anxiety.

If you need specialized care for chronic pain or anxiety management, we will be glad to provide referrals to the appropriate specialists who can best support your needs.

New patients with ADHD must provide a psychiatrist note with diagnosis and management plan before scheduling. Without this we cannot fill any medicines.

Patient Forms

New patient forms are built into the check-in process of the office visit.
